Exchange and Return Policy
At World Brands, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a flexible return and exchange policy in accordance with eCommerce regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
1. Return & Exchange Period
- Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.

2. Conditions for Return & Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be in its original condition
- Unused and not damaged
- In its original packaging with all accessories
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Products not in original condition or without packaging
- Custom-made or special-order products
- Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (if applicable)
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (not as ordered)
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In such cases, we will:
- Replace the product, or
- Issue a full refund (including shipping fees)

6. Shipping Fees
- Customers bear shipping costs for standard returns
- We cover shipping costs if:
- The product is defective
- The wrong item was delivered
7. Refunds

- Or as store credit (if agreed)
- Processing time: 3 to 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item
8. Exchanges
- Replacement items are shipped after receiving and inspecting the returned product
- If the replacement item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued
